About Indoor Spaces
Indoor spaces are the highest risk areas were aerosol viral particles can build up in a confined space. This system quietly recycles the air in confined spaces, eradicating viral particles and other contaminants bringing the fresh air atmosphere of the outdoors to the indoors.

Of even greater concern is the potential for airborne viruses to spread through the environmental system from one classroom to other classrooms. This has been seen in hospitals where patients on floors above and below a COVID patient contract the disease. This system also addresses this risk of spread through the environmental circulation system with biodefense filters that augment the function of the existing HVAC system to eliminate circulating COVID and other pathogens before they can spread around the hospital.

Sales Objection: We’ve installed HEPA filters to filter viruses out of our air.
Response: That helps; however, HEPA filters are generally 60 to 80% effective against viral particles. Whereas the KOI system attracts particles to a heated element and eradicates them, HEPA filters can collect and hold live viruses. This can lead to delayed release of particles and also presents a hazard for individual in charge of changing out those filters. In fact, if you already have a HEPA filter system in place, you can augment it with a biodefense air filter which will eliminate live viruses while the HEPA filter works with the KOI system to more thoroughly filter the air.
Sales Objection: We were looking at a UV system the sanitizes our duct that are much cheaper. Why should we consider your system?
Response: UV light denatures viruses weakening and often killing them but not as effectively as the high heat eradication phase of the IVP system. UV tends to work better on surfaces. UV can sometimes be augment for air use with titanium oxide photocatalyst, but the efficiency is still only around 99% and it has little effect on anthrax and other more resilient organisms.
