7.1 Technical Change

7.1.1 Is temporary and permanent change in operating conditions, assets, processes, procedures and standards formally assessed, managed, documented and approved prior to implementation?
7.1.2 Are personnel in the workplace informed of changes that may affect them, the risks associated with the change, and any measures to control or mitigate risks?
7.1.3 Is safety and environmental information updated to reflect changes?
7.1.4 Do temporary changes exceed the initial approval scope and duration without review and approval?

7.2 Organizational and Personnel Change

7.2.1 Are changes made to personnel in key positions or roles proactively managed to ensure they are capable to execute their new roles and responsibilities?
7.2.2 Are changes to the organizational structure due to a merger, divestment, acquisition or restructuring controlled to minimize the impact of the operations of the assets?
7.2.3 Are changes made to key personnel, including contractors, communicate to all impacted stakeholders?
