10.1 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

10.1.1 Are legal and permitting requirements, approval deadlines and compliance responsibilities identified, communicated and monitored?
10.1.2 Are controls necessary to achieve and maintain compliance identified and implemented?
10.1.3 Does the company engage with government agencies and stakeholders to develop responsible laws, regulation, and standards that appropriately safeguard the workplace, community and environment?

10.2.1 Are projects and operations planned and executed in a manner that considers potential impacts on the environment and on the safety, and health of communities?
