Welcome to Our Smart OpEX Management System

This Operations Management System (OMS) Dashboard provides management and other authorized parties with key, timely and actionable information and data.  As a general rule, it follows established thinking in this field by the energy sector, and other critical infrastructure organizations.  The OMS is an established method which has been codified by most sectors as well as a suite of ISO sector standards and other industry/technology/process standards as appropriate.

Briefly, ISO defines an OMS as the method in which an organization manages the interrelated parts of its business in order to achieve its objectives.  These objectives can relate to a number of different topics, including product or service quality, operational efficiency, environmental performance, health and safety in the workplace and many more.
